       Girls 'Generation (Korea: Hangul - 소녀 시대; Hanja - 少女 时代) adalah sembilan anggota kelompok gadis populer Selatan Korea dibentuk oleh SM Entertainment pada tahun 2007. Para anggota, dalam rangka pengumuman untuk menjadi anggota grup, Yoona, Tiffany, Yuri, Hyoyeon, Sooyoung, Seohyun, Taeyeon (pemimpin), Jessica, dan Sunny. Mereka sering disebut sebagai SNSD, singkatan dari nama Korea kelompok-Jadi Nyeo Shi Dae-atau-Jadi Nyuh Shi Dae-, nama Cina Shao Shi Dai NU, nama Jidai Jepang shōjo. Mereka juga disebut sebagai Soshi yang merupakan singkatan dari nama Korea kelompok. Resmi kelompok penggemar-klub disebut sebagai S ♥ NE (소원) diucapkan sebagai "Jadi-menang" yang berarti "harapan" dalam bahasa Korea.
